We ship within Germany, to all EU countries, as well as to Switzerland and the United States.
Shipping within Germany
We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany via DHL.
Don't worry—if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or an item doesn't fit, you can return it to us in Munich within 14 days.
For every return, we charge a flat return shipping fee of €4.90, which will be deducted from your refund. Simply register your return here. Print the return form and place it inside your parcel. You can either print the DHL return label and attach it to your package or present the QR code at a DHL drop-off location.
Please note that exchanges cannot be processed through our returns portal. If you would like a different item or size, simply place a new order.
We reserve the right to charge an additional €10.90 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund, in the following cases:
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or heavily creased items
Missing or incomplete return form
Returns received after the 14-day return period
Shipping to Austria
We charge a flat shipping rate of €14.90 per order for deliveries to Austria via DHL.

Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases. These costs are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer. They may include bank transfer fees (such as transfer or currency conversion charges) as well as import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

You can choose from the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account using your invoice number as the payment reference. Our bank details and payment instructions will be provided during the checkout process.
PayPal
Pay securely using PayPal and any payment methods linked to your PayPal account.
Pay Later – by PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can choose from various Pay Later options, including Pay in 30 Days and Installment Payments.
With Pay in 30 Days, you can defer your payment for up to 30 days after your purchase. If needed, this period may be extended for a small fee, subject to PayPal's terms and availability.
Credit or Debit Card
Pay conveniently using your credit or debit card, securely processed by PayPal.
Apple Pay
